Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and intuition from his 25 years in the contract staffing and direct hire business. As President of the brunkmeyer group, Mark has been key to successful team building for countless emerging VMS, BPO, RPO, and mid-tier niche and traditional staffing companies, often having made the initial match of one of their executive leaders. A career that began as a headhunter in 1980, he produced as Rookie of the Year, 1 of 42 recruiters, in his 1st year. His ability for in-depth appraisal for the right “fit” is innate and has proven life changing for the candidates and clients he has served. His training platform evolved through Corporate based chapters with a New York based international staffing firm, supporting, at peak, 300-franchised and 12 company owned offices. With an executive team, Mark developed curriculum for basic and advanced consultant training, as well as new franchise training. He has participated in sourcing, hiring, and training of over 2000 recruiters. Later, as VP of Operations for the national franchise network of that company’s 80-office contract division, Mark’s success in sales training and account development, and as a guide and mentor to owners and their staff, enabled the organization to enjoy year over year growth of 15-20%. Mark continues utilizing his training and assessment strengths as a guest speaker and workshop trainer for state and national associations, and in a consultative mode with our clients.
